At Purple Luxury, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, simply contact our customer service team within 15days of receiving your purchase to initiate the return process. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 15days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
